Manual High Idle for 6 spds?

I understand that there is a manual high idle function on the automatics connected to the CC.



Why is there no manual high idle function for the 6spds?



AND what is everybody doing to facilitate a manual function high idle on the 6spd?

OK... the consensus seems to be that a manual high idle is NOT available on the 6 spds & only the dip ****s @ Dodge know why.



So I'm back to using a freakin rock on the fuel pedal to maintain a sufficient high idle on my new $40K truck..... :--)



This just ain't right... .
