Manufacturers Window sticker!!

OK, Sorry for flooding the board with questions. . LOLOL BUT someone replied to a post of mine telling me he hoped that my truck didn't come from Lousianna!! I went and got my origional sticker and read all the way to the bottom. It specifically states that the truck was made in Mexico, then shipped to a dodge dealer in Carlsbad Calif. About 80 miles from where I picked it up!!!! IT also says that the dealer sticker cannot be removed by federal law until the truck is sold.



IS IT EVEN REMOTELY POSSIBLE THAT THIS TRUCK WENT TO LOUSIANNA AND BACK??? I am guessing NOT

Not only that, but I'd bet that it did. You paid way to little for that rig. Does it smell moldy when you turn the heat up? Any rust up above the pedals? Check inside your diff's for odd spotting. Notice any little electrical quirks?



And when you're done checking all that out, have a beer and chill. You're getting too worked up over nothing.



No, DC would never try to screw over a loyal customer like that. Now a dealer on the other hand... .

It wouldn't matter with an '06, anyway. The hurricane was in '05.

It's totally OK to have a little fun at my expense! LOLOLOLOL No to answer all of your questions!!!! It doesn't smell, no rust, etc... The reason he said that is my 06 was made in JULY of 05!!!! So thats why he said that.

Another thing... Calif trucks have to have a special window sticker that they are calif certified... doubt any in Lousianna would have that!
