Map Light Bracket Broke?-Here is fix.

Dodge has a bracket to fix map lights that have broken the tabs off the instrument panel and flop around.



P/N is 4439009. List: $18. 25. Installation is easy when the directions are followed. No more moving map light!

I cut and shaved the brackets to make two small pieces of metal to stretch to the closest dash mount screws on either side and mounted it that way. The metal pieces are sandwiched and in line with those dash mount screws. The tabs on my dash were gonzo...
