map lights, vanity lights, rear interior lights do not work manually

I'm new to the TDR and I've done some searching on the forums, but could not find the answer for this problem. My map lights, vanity lights (in the visors) and my rear passenger light do not work manually. Yes, they come on when I exit or enter or with the rehostat, but if you manually try to activate the light they do not work. The bulbs are good and none of the fuses are blown.
