Map sensor code P0069 remedies???

My truck's been throwing a P0069 code lately. I think the map-sensor(s) needs to be pulled & cleaned, or replaced. Question: How do you pull & clean the sensor (I think we have 2... . one in the intake-tube and one in the intake manifold)... or is it better to replace it / them? I read an old TDR 'post' where the 'poster' said he read an article posted on Geno's Garage website on removing & cleaning the map-sensor... but I can't find it THAT article so maybe one of the TDR-faithful can point me in the right direction. My 04. 5 has 160k on it and I run a Quad-box on '2' all the time and have for over 100K. Other than a Volante cold-air kit the Cummins is 'stock' TIA for any help guys. Glenn in La$ Vega$... ...

unplug the quadzilla and clear the code and see if it comes back. i have seen this before even with an edge...
