MAP sensor removal

Wanted to pull my map sensor yesterday to check for any build-up. How hard do you have to pull on it to get it out? I don’t want to break the sensor, so I stopped.

Just a little twist to break it loose. After that a little twist and pull straight out. Only about an inch +- long.
