I'd like to put some nice good fitting seat covers in my 1996 Ram. I've seen the Wet Okoles, they are nice but also looking at the marathon seat covers. Anyone have pictures? How do they mount on? What is your opinion on them? I'm looking at the 1000D or 500D camo? Which is better?

I have a set of 1000D in Steel. They are great, awesome fit. I will take some pics tonight if i get a chance. They are easy to install, they are two piece and just slid over the seats and velco/hook on. It depends on your particular truck but the fasten well, they do not move at all. I have had a set on my Ford for about 5 years now and they have never moved. So far they are working gret on the Dodge.

Sounds good, can't wait to see them! I called today and they said the 500D is more pliable than the 1000D but not as strong obviously... The did mention that the 1000D is more prone to surface abrasion. How did they fade in your truck, How does the surface wear?

here ya go

I have not noticed any fading at this point, only had them 2. 5 months and the surface seems to be wearing fine, it is a strong durable fabric. They will send you samples if you ask them too. The seat covers that have been on my Ford for 5 years have not faded or wore out, and it is not the Cordura fabric, the 1000D is Tuff.

Those look nice JC, thanks for the pics.

Do they make you sweat at all? The backs seem to fit nice and tight, the bottoms fit a little loose, unless im just seeing things.

No they don't make you sweat. The bottoms fit tight as well, I just did not take the time to get ALL the wrinkles out. I installed them so it is not completely perfect. If you spend the time you can have zero wrinkles, not a big deal to me though
