Who's attending the LV chapter meet/dyno day/Ford "visit"

OK the final count 29 thats right 29 awesome thundering 6 bangers rolling around my little town. I would like to thank everyone who showed up. I think it was a tremendous success. The trucks look terrific. A special thanks to John ie. MOPAR MUSCLE for letting everyone drive that little rocket (wow). We had trucks from VA, Mass, and Vermont, and when these guys showed up their trucks were spotless. To CRAULF 1897 dude that is one he11 of a truck!!! The owner of the parking lot/business that we were using was so impressed that he wants to have us back on his grand opening day. He went on to say the food and drinks were on him and that anything we need just call him and give him the make model and he will beat anyones price! He was very thankfull that alot of the guys took time out to tell him about the products thats out there for diesels!! And once again thanks and here in the near furure I will be putting together another meet, this time it will be at the Cecil Co. dragstrip which was only 3 mi. up the road from where we met yesterday. So anyone who wants to find out what their truck will do in the 1/4 mi. you will get your chance!! Thanks again and GOD BLESS!!!!!!!

Had lots of fun getting together and checking out some awsome rigs. Special thanks to Groundpounder for organizing, the parts dealer for letting us park in the lot and check his store out and for pizza place giving us a discoutn on the great food.

WARNING #ad

Do not go to ANY TDR event of ANY kind with an unbombed truck unless you are already planning on bombing. I am not kidding. And if you wake up one day and find yourself at an event, just say NO when someone holds out their keys and says "here, take her for a spin". Afterall, how could it hurt to take a quick spin just to see what all the fuss is about? It could hurt a lot!! I went to the get together having NO intention of doing ANY bombing and will be ordering injectors this week! Problem is, I know already this is just the first step. Just enough to stave off the cravings for a couple of weeks and then...

p. s. Thanks a lot Groundpounder. It was a blast... literally.

I would like to say thanks for all the kind words. I am glad to hear that everyone had a great time. I will be putting together another meet at the Cecil Co. dragstrip. If you are interested please email me. This event would be half to full day filled with food great times and all the racing you can handle. Please email me and let me know your interest.

I myself had a blast. I would also like to mention on a side note, that evening after the meet in Maryland I went to a cruise night in Pottstown PA, (High street for those who are familiar). Anywho, to make a long story short, a Y2K Phurd Stroker wanted to take his chances with me on a drag race down the by-pass. I asked him "what do you have done to that thing ?" "A chip, should be about 378 horsepower" he says. "Oh yea, well, I just have a little box and some injectors, probably on a dyno around 285-295 horsepower" I say. So we raced, and in a 1/4 mile run, I smoked him by 2 truck lengths. I haven't seen him since..... 378 HORSES MY A$$...
