12 valve head gaskets:

3283335 stock thickness, same as marine application

3283337, 0. 010" (0. 25 mm) thicker

3283339, 0. 020" (0. 50 mm) thicker

what would be the reason to go to a . 020 gasket? wouldnt that lower your compression?

The 12 & 24V gasket #'s are the same correct? Id just have to punch out the missing holes?

THanks

Ian

thicker gasket for making the difference up if you got your head milled. Also good for lowering compression to make the New HG last a little longer. Lots of guys use the 20 over just because its a thicker more robust HG. I have th 10 over without shaving the head with no ill effects in the northeast climate.

oh ya, the 12v HG's can be used on the 24 v's, just need to do some "porting" of the holes like you said. some shops sell em ready to go, I think PDW is one of them.
