Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) marine injectors

Iam looking at bosch marine injectors for my 01 HO. Has anyone used the marine injectors? They are said to give you 40-60hp.

What exactly are "marine" injectors? How are those different from the RV ones?

Gotta be an RV injector. Cummins didn't make a Marine version of the VP44 engine. That's probably because you'd have to keep a spare VP on board at all times given their failure rate.

So that probably makes it the well known 275 RV, or not?

Not sure if it is the 275RV or not, But i will check. If thats the case i will go with the mach 1 1. 5. The price on the "marine injector" was 65. 00 each.

The RV 275/300hp injector (635's as they are known - last 3 digits of the body number) will add about 40hp to your HO. In the SO, it's about 30.
