Guns, Bows, Shooting Sports, and Hunting How many arms or ammo did you buy this year?

Montana

Thinking of these for the Marlin 1895 for deep woods hunting this year if I get a chance with having to take out paying hunters ,only if time allows. Scope would be hard to find game in,in the woods think things happen kind of fast in there sometimes and open sights for that cant be beat.

I have the AO ashley sights and a picatinny rail. I might put an aimpoint on there. Shoot with both eyes opened like you should be and I think it'll be VERY fast.
Brockman makes nice sights too.

ive got the williams reciever sight on mine. it adjusts out to a few hundred yards, and has several different apeture options for preferance and sight plane. shooting off-hand at 50-55ish uphill 5 shots went into a 5in ring. the sight is also easily adjusted on the fly with windage and elevation knobs.
