Mason Dixon Chapter Holiday Get Together

sometime between THANKSGIVING and CHRISTMAS who all would like to get together for dinner at RYAN'S in hagerstown. RYAN'S is where about a dozen of us met for dinner back in september and i believe everyone was satisfied with the food and the location due to it being very close to I-81 and I-70. they have a great smorgasboard for about $9. each and a large banquet room that would be able to handle our whole group if everyone decided to show up.

we could gather on a saturday evening or a sunday mid afternoon.

after the recent "chapter logo" thread i know i should be wary of asking for group input :-laf

but lets work on setting a date to make this happen.

i vote for around 2 weeks before CHRISTMAS.

what you think ??

I think we should do the weekend of December 11th and 12th. Either day would work for me, although Saturday would probsbly be best as Sunday we will be thinking about getting back to work Monday. Lets try and get a big group so we can reserve the back room.

I can make it the weekend of the 11th/12th as the first weekend is out for me. The DTR gang is going to rip the jet the first weekend so if all falls into place I will go for a road trip that weekend. Yea Sunday looks like the day, 3:00 sounds good too.

You are right Don we need more for a party, we don't have a dyno but everyone can still do all the other things that we do , eat, tell a few lies , and enjoy the time together. Don't forget, the women can shop up there too its a whole shopping center there with a super Wal Mart and lots of other stores.

Where exactly is Ryan's I'll be heading down 81 out of Pa.

RYANS is off exit 6 B on interstate 81 north or south

exit 6 B is route 40.

coming from interstate 70 ,,east or west,,it is exit 26 north which is 81 north to exit 6 B. maybe 4 miles from I-70 to exit 6B on I-81

coming off i-70 there will be a large mall ( valley mall,,first exit once you are on 81 north,,exit 5 i think) ,,don't get off there,,keep going north to 6B.

you cant miss the shopping center/mall. there is a super walmart,home depot,circuit city,dicks,office max and a whole lot more.
