andy and i talked about getting the group together for dinner at RYAN'S(christmas dinner location) one sat or sun afternoon before the spring fling dyno.

APRIL 9th or 10th ??

bring the family !!

who is interested ? i will need to reserve the back room asap.

for the new members:

RYAN'S is a buffet style place located near the super walmart off exit 6B (north or south)on interstate 81

from i-70 take exit 26 north,,which is i-81 north to exit 6B(about 4 miles)

i assume everyone wants to have our summer picnic at the same place we have had it for the past 2 years.

we have always had it in july.

i need to VERY SOON make reservations for the pavilion !!

any dates i should stay away from ??

how about the 3rd or 4th weekend in july for the picnic ?? saturday or sunday ??

I encourage everyone to sign up and register there, so we have your input on our club events. Right now, it looks like probably Saturday, April 9th for our "pre-Fling" dinner, and the second or third Saturday in July for the annual club picnic.

i should be able to make the spring dinner event, if its held on a sunday. but i doubt i will make the summer picnic, depending on my transfer back home to the lone star state. i plan on keeping my membership and driving up for events such as spring fling, fall brawl, etc;

Sundays are the only days I can make the events unfortunately I have to work on all Saturdays, its our best selling day.
