Attention: TDR Forum Junkies :-laf:-laf:-lafI went to Scott at Massdiesel on saturday the 1 st and as always he was busy and was an hour early for my appointment , well he's given a new young man a chance to work there on the small jobs while he maintains the big jobs and I thought no problem i am just getting my transmission fluid & filter changed.
Well I was there for 3 hours because this new kid had to finish up the job before me , he started on my job and had it all done including adjusting the bands , i took it for a test drive and it wasn't right , make a long story short, the pan had to be dropped three times and i am using the good stuff ( royal purple ) and the bands adjusted correctly, it was finally fixed correctly when Scott stepped in , so i was there for 4 hours , changed my oil and filter (again using the good stuff royal purple ) and complete transmission service and i wasn't mad AT ALL FOR THE WAIT, because as everyone knows things happen and things take extra time , so when i went to pay for the bill , Scott
looked at me and smiled and said " YOUR ALL SET , DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT "
I tried a few times to get him to take my money and he WOULD NOT. He was
worried about the time i had to wait - i explained it was fine - he's always been there for me in the past and i wasn't worried about it - BUT HE STILL REFUSED ANY PAYMENT - SO ANYONE FROM IN STATE OR OUT OF STATE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO WORK ON THERE DIESEL - THIS IS YOUR GUY - ALWAYS GO'S BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. :-laf:-laf
