Master Brake Controller works Great!!

I think this has been said many times on this forum, but I feel like saying it again.



The Master BRake controller is great!!!!



Put mine on last week and am amazed at the difference.



My trailer brakes used to vibrate when stopping hard - lag behind in response time, were very difficult to adjust properly, etc.



Now I stop smooth as silk - loaded or empty!



It may be expensive for a brake controller, but if you don't leave it in the truck at trade in, you only have to buy it once.



The way I see it, it was a lot cheaper than running over someone.



Tekonsha and the other brake controller mfg better get it together or brake smart will take over the electric brake controller industry.



Spend the money - its worth it!

I just finished my install. Everything went real smooth, except one thing. The brake lines on the truck are fitted lines. When you remove the front one, to insert the T, I found that it was difficult to get that line back on. It took a little pressure, and I got it on, but I know it is still under pressure, trying to go back to its original position.



Other than that, it is a real nice unit.

Glad to see more people are going to the BrakeSmart Controller. Like I've said before, if you ever put one on you will never regret it, and you will never take it off. Well over 100k miles on mine and still works like a new one, I set it when I installed it and haven't changed the settings yet, works perfect.

Well Friday eve my brother stopped by and we got it installed. I have pull a few trailers since. That brake smart is soooooo nice they should come with trailer tow package on all trucks. There a bit pricey but well worth every penny in my book.

Ok, let me get this straight, No further adjustments even when switching trailers?? It really works that well? I think I may need to get one of these things. Just about the time i get my stupid controller working just right, i tow a different trailer and mess it all up. Usually get it adjusted correctly about the end of the trip

This thing is slicker than snot on a doorknob. My wife used to hate pulling the horses with the Teconsha, she could never get it set up right. Now, just plug in the bumper pull trailer and leave. This after I have run the 20' gn equipment trailer. Great product! Now I'm waiting for the boost/EGT module to ship. Ken, you hear anything on this?
