Matched set of 275's.......

where can I det a set of Popoff Matched,flow matched 275 injectors...

Does anyone have a dealer and part number I can use... .

If DD1's are about 500... . what would be consiidered a good price for matched 275's???

(All this talk about excessive smoke with DD1's and various boxes has turned me away from them... )
I really wanted the DD1's but need to know just how much smoke were talking about!!!

I have emissions that need to be tested every two years... and don't want to fail... .

Hey Larry,

Actually I like my DD1's alot. My smoke comes from combining the VA box with them. Diesel Dynamics clearly warned me about that before hand, that I would get about the same performance by selling the VA, and running the DD2's. It would have less smoke that way. I just chose to run the VA for the timing advance.

I ran the truck all stock w/ only the dd1's and no smoke problem. It ran good, but not enough power yet.

I would email Joe Donnelly joes claims a set of bosch 275 injectors could be purchased for 3 Franklins or less

Most injection shops will charge about 20 ea to match them and turn them up to the highest of the lot or as high as nozzles will let them go, 3 is a good price.
If you have the time I would try and find a mechanic that works at a big well equipted diesel shop and get him to do them on his lunch hour. (if you know what I mean) They always like to do these little side jobs. (50-75 is going rate instead of 120)
