I posted the other day about my 04 dodge. Up till about a week and a half ago it ran like a wild cat. or maybe it was like a turpentine cat. Any way it started to just run up to 2700rpm. I got one reply. Change fuel filter. Did that today. Still does the shut off, and also if you hold down on it , it will start to back firing. the key code reader says 0602. That comes out to fuel calibration error. Any thought

I think you may have injector problems.

It is still stock I though I had gotten away from trouble when I let my son drive my 99. Lift pumps. No, Injectors and I think Lift Pumps now

Gasoline in the fuel tank will cause similar issues. I've seen it many many times.

Well I took it to the 5 Star place. Before I took it down,it would come up with the P0602 code. Before I got down there I had an appointment with the dentist. Igot in the chair. Bet you can't guess what happen? Right . Tooth had quit hurting. Oh well. Got to the dodge place. they wrote everything up. I told the "girl" what it was doing. She ask how I knew, I told her that I cut the key on and off three times and it would come up. She came back and said the the mechanic had never heared of thet. I said OhMy God. what have I got here. In a few mins he came up and hooked the reader to it. Oh, And before the mechanic got there the service girl came back and ask me how I read the code. I said here I will snow you. I did the two times on and off and left it one the third time. It read "NONE". When the mechanic hooked the box to it, It read none, and that it had never had any. This is the best part. They didn't charge me anything.
