What should boost be on SO 03 Ram? edge is showing 25psi . Stock.

That’s about right. The wastegate should open at 23 psi.

OK sounds good. Just wanted to make sure all is good. What would you recommend in the way of a better turbo running a smarty junior?

I would look at an adjustable boost elbow and turn it up to 30 psi. That should be plenty of air for a Jr.

I've never hit more than 25psi on my HO 03, stock turbo/wastegate, ceramic coated manifold and hot side charger. I've plenty done on the induction side without tuning.
