Max boost with stock truck?

What is the max boost psi for a stock truck? I'm only seeing around 30psi and I think I remember seeing almost 40psi...

My 06 stock was 29-31

So your 30 is about right

You would think I would pay more attention to my own truck...



I just had the intake horn off and I thought it might have had a leak. As it stands, I might have a couple connections loose as the intercooler just flopped down when I took it from the airhorn.

I don't think you'll ever see 40 psi on a stock truck that is functioning properly.

Steve you have an 04 right?

If your wastegate settings are stock then it is ~32 psi max, WG opens and will hold boost ~28-30 with a light load and ~30-32 with a heavy load.

Mine hits 35 momentarily of I hit it hard off the bottom, but immediately drops to about 32 and holds there until I get off the skinny pedal!!
