I installed a second factory lift pump in front of the fuel tank today, wired it in with the stock harness, works great! But is it working too good? 22-23lbs pressure at idle and 15lbs FT @ 5X5 with my Comp. Any risk of damage?

What kind of pump is it? I'm not sure what the max is before you blow the seal, but I think your close to it. Some one will chime in and let you know, I'm sure.

get an adjustable pressure regulator and run the return to the tank and then adjust the pressure to 15 psi... . Put the regulator after the stock pump, not the pusher... . you need to get rid of the small hose between the pump and the filter and plumb in the regulator between those... . you find you will have better flow so like 15 idle, 13-14 cruise, and no less than 11-12 WOT.
