I have searched the forum but I can't find a reference to the maximum wheel width that can be used on my 06 3500 Mega Cab without lifting the truck. I would consider a leveling kit if necessary but I am trying to avoid it. I would like to replace my stock wheels with wheels that give the truck a wider stance and more aggressive look. I am thinking about using 18x10’s with -25 offset. Does anyone run similar wheels? If so, what size tires can be used without rubbing?

I just installed these yesterday in 20"x9" wrapped in some LT305/60R20 Goodyear Wrangler SR/A's and the clearance is great..... no rubbing and they don't stick out much more than stock.

I had a 34. 5" to 35" OD tire size in mind and I thought that the 20's would look a little better than 18's without being tooo ghetto. The 18's are, obviously, just 1" larger in diameter than stock, too.

I'll post some pics soon.

I have Mickey Thompson Classic II's. They are 17x9, with 5 backspacing/0 offset. You neglected to mention what tires you plan to run? When I had my 32-33" Procomp Extreme A/T's, and the truck was stock, I had no rubbing problems. I now have 35" Toyo MT's and a Kore Recon lift (so 3" lift in front), and I get a little rubbing on hard left turns and a bump (like into a driveway) on the front left tire.

Thanks for that info Jeeper. I would like to run a set of Mickey Thompson Baja ATZ Radial SLT LT325/65R18 (35X13. 50R18).
