MWTDR Meet?

Seems to have disappeared as part of the crash. I told you guys not to post viral avatars!

Seriously, I sent an email to Robert Patton asking to be re-instated, but I bet they have bigger fish to fry for now.

Meanwhile, Here it is! Thanks TorqueThis!

Matt

No word from General Patton, Batman, or Commissioner Gordon as to where the thread went. This is it!

Kevin had the directions from the last dyno day at Mike's and forwared them to me. Thanks MacTruck!:

From 95 South or North take 195E to E. Providence and Cape Cod.

"Take exit 2 (in Mass not Providence) 136 South Warren/Newport follow 136

South for about 6 miles, when you see a Shell Station on your right, Itcha

High Performance is right next door ( Mike Dez Racing)

Thanks HeyBoss for writing them in the first place. MassDiesel says Mike has ordered the torque adapter for the dyno--I couldn't believe how much it costs!--so we should all be able to get torque numbers. Scott has also signed signed up for two sites at the park. We're lookin' good!

Matt

Oo. Oo.

OK, Let's try this one more time...

Did someone say DYNO :D  :D

Yea, Baby Oo. Oo. Oo.

I think Kevin had the original thread deleted so he didn't have to give Nicole his EZ :D

The offer: Weather permitting of course... .

Oo.

I have a boat (Cummins powered) in Mystic. Some of you may be interested in a side trip on the return to CT to drink a cold beer (or 2), and check out a marine 6BTA 270 hp Diamond series Cummins.

If the weather is good, we might even take a ride down river and back to give "Cummy" a little excersize.

One rule... "bombing" tools allowed on board!!

I'll post directions sometime soon, and I'll bring some maps /directions to the Dyno.

Oh that Offer..... Yeah Don't worry, just try to keep us away:-laf :-laf Day wouldn't be complete without a visit to Cummy:D

Man you must get some looks when people read that..... :-laf :-laf

Big Daddy :) I would gladly give up my EZ for the COMP Oo.

We'll Both be there!!

Oh by the way - where's the Park??? Do you mean "Band shell Park" on the water in Warren???

Itcha ?

Wow, seems alot closer than Nevada!

Id love to check this place out . Have they ever had a diesel dyno event before?

any one have a Phone# for this place?:p

Pthomas,

We have been there a few times now. MassDiesel found the place, convinced him to let us use his dyno for an all day event (ask him about that, it makes a good story), and put the first two or three dyno days together.

We have scheduled for us to be there on May 11. Aside from the fact that we'd like to know how many are coming, you can just show up. Mike charges $60 for three dyno runs. He's a helluva good guy, and is getting an adapter (cable?) so that this time we can get torque numbers.

Just pushing it back to the top
