2007 TS Outlaw Race & Sled Pulls

May 3rd 2008 Vegas Diesel Naitonals #2

I see some people are still posting to last year's thread.

Yes, the dates are April 30-May 5. Vendor days will be Friday and Saturday, so if you are going to DHRA on Saturday, you can check out the vendors on Friday. Sled pulling in Pahrump will be Friday evening.

Dyno Day will be Thursday in Pahrump, probably at Saitta Trudeau. Maddog has promised to bring his portable Dynojet, saving us a long trip into Vegas to dyno.

Is everything open to the public. Is there admission charges to some things?

I imagine the drags in Vegas will have an admission charge. What else?

Thanks for the info. I hope to be there

Thanks for the info Joe,maybe I'll be able to get away long enough to let the common rail drag the silver bullet out your way. No dyno for me though this truck is just set up to power through the whoops.

Bob

There is admission or registration for the show. If you dyno or race, the dyno operator or track have admission fees. This is the same as for past years.

Can't wait! I am bringin the 5th wheel down this year. The tent trailer last year was a little rough, but got the job done. Sure will be nice to be able to dyno with our stacks! Should make for some great pictures! Set the dyno up in front of the casino? Might bring about a little more local traffic and spectators!

Last year was a kick, so this year I am sure will be a blast. We doing a sled pull again Joe?

Yea that open dyno is a plus! It's nice to see Richard get it and drag it around the west cost to events, it's just up to us to keep him going so we have it to play on.

Jim

I wasnt there las year but I will be this year. I am bringing my new Fiance` Bonnie and getting her Initialized in the fun of Diesels.

i will still do the show-n-shine but my truck has a couple places where the clearcoat is coming off (peeling). Any suggestions on taking care of that besides Repaint?

OK... ... ... Where do I register?

Do I have to register to check out the vendors?

Do I have to register to watch sled pulling in Parhump?

Adam

If this is wrong, maybe someone with more knowledge will correct me so here goes;

Registration form is in the TDR

I think only registered persons are allowed in vendor area

The last time we went to Pahrump, there was an admission fee to watch the sled pull and anyone with the $$ was admitted.

Hope this helps :)

Is there somewhere I can download this form? I've been a member here since Sept 06, but have never got a TDR magazine? Is there somewhere on the site where I can sign up to start getting the TDR magazine?

Thanks,

Adam

Stop it, your making to much sense :D

E-mail that Joe guy (the one who started this thread) he claims to be in charge of the event. Joe might be able to send it to you via e-mail.

Thank you!!! email and PM sent :-laf

The vendor area "Hall-of-Gotta Have Its" is open to the public. There is a nominal fee to attend the truck pull. Those who plan to pull will have to register for the event.
