Way to go Joe D. Thats gotta be awesome to see.

KatDiesel you are on your way man ;) Great job!

Come on Lawrence and Jim, lets get it on :D

Thanks for the report Don :)

Sorry Bob I dont know. Prolly 550 plus. Maybe plus plus. LOL!

The DTT transmissions are holding their own with the big HP (500 and up) trucks. All the autos that were over 500 HP were DTT equiped. ;)

They still have tomorrow and Jim Fuller feels he will be big on HP with his BD power trans. And then BD with their truck. And Piers and BUlly Dog. I think they may have 5 speeds though.

Basically DD is cleaning the house with their technology. Nothing new to me, but maybe others will begin to see the light now.

That is true. Trannies dont make HP and neither does the ATS truck of Don Ramer when you compare it to the others.

I thought they said it was 600 plus HP? Maybe they had a bad day. Lord knows I have with mine.

Sorry Stakeman Im sure he did, but I did not hear the number.

I did not write everything down like I should have.

Joe Donnelly is going to post everyones numbers. I believe in the next week or so. If I hear about it I will let you know. If not you can call DD and ask them. The have all the numbers posted on a board.

Only 7 hp for a cam? Can this be right?

Lurch

Don Ramer (ATS) made 597. 2 h. p. at March Dyno Days, that was before he installed compound turbos. He must have been having a bad day. I know he was blowing a LOT of turbo hoses off last week.

ATS will get some high H. P. trucks. Their technology is just too good to pass up. DTT has had a big head start.

Well maybe the dyno is reading a little low, after all, 7hp is a little low for a new cam. :D Which would mean the DD boys.....

NO. The 512 was the day after the cam was installed. The 505 was a one or two days later. Maybe the air was different or the temp. changed some. 7 hp was not the HP gains from the cam.

The last dyno run I heard from Eric was about 450HP.

The way I drive I would not get that. He does now get much faster spool-up. I talked to him on the phone tonight and he was going on and on about the camshaft and how it worked so well.

His words were something like "Don, this camshaft works Man. It really works"
