There will be sled pulling at MM 2006. Dyno will be Thursday only, at Silver State as usual, at the LV Speedway. Thursday is the only day people will need to leave Pahrump for an activity. Dyno and the lake boat cruise/dinner are both Thursday.

What happened to doing everything in Vegas?

will the pull be at the racetrack again?? if so will there be any prep work or will it be on the hard track like in '01... ... chris

No drag racing?! Come on - if we rent the strip at LVMS, they'll let me get married there!!



I just got this email response from LVMS regarding the possibility of getting married at the drag strip. They do weddings, but only on NASCAR weekend at the speedway and they only allow 12 couples per year to do it.



"There are no weddings at The Strip. Unless you want to go through a track rental. If you are interested on going through track rental please contact:

If we don't get any solid info on the sled pull I am not showing. The truck won't fare well in a show-n-shine anymore with the pulling, and I have dynoed a couple times recently so no need if there isn't a pull. Just my 2 cents

according to the magazine the dyno is on thursday and there will be dirt racing and sled pull Friday afternoon and evening---chris

Chris, any mention of who is doing the pulls, who's sled, rules, wieght classes, wiegh in times, pay outs, etc... . I think not or you would have said so. Somebody needs to get the word out so folks can prepare.

Well at least now I will have enough time to wash my truck in between Half Moon Bay and the DHRA pull in Irvine.



I can't believe there are no specifics stated on this pull, looks like a management problem.
