I'm getting one put in next week. Anybody out there running one of these clutches on their trucks? Just looking for some feedback. :)

Yep, I have one, zero complaints. It was installed back in Jan of '01. Holds whatever I throw at it with no driveability issues.

Whats the story on the rattle or vibration that I've heard about. I believe you get it in neutral and 4th gear. Is this true? How bad is it?

I can hear what I call a neutral grind, when the truck is running and obviously in neutral. It's been present since day one. Some have said the sound is my syncros grinding away but I doubt that, as I have had trouble free shifting since it's install. I have no grind or vibration while on the throttle in any gear. I recently towed 10,000 plus with it, again, no problems or issues. It works as advertised and grabs real well. Likewise for backing with a heavy load. No chatter and a very streetable clutch. As it should be for the price.

I like mine too. I bought it used from someone who didn't like the neutral rattle. It doesn't rattle when you have the clutch disengaged but only when you let it out. I have noticed some low RPM rattle when accelerating when I had my EZ, but that's with too low of RPMs anyway. Since I switched to my Comp, the rattle went away. Still rattles in neutral though, I don't mind it.

I've heard some concerns from a friend of mine about how hard it might be on the drivetrain being an unsprung clutch, but I haven't seen or heard any issues with it. Does anybody know how this might affect one's truck?
