Mechanical upgrades

With the post I have read on engine damage from the use of fueling boxes, I was wondering what I would gain in HP/TQ if I removed the EZ and added injectors and a cam. Would it be a good safe drivable upgrade or would I still need a box? Would I need to add a turbo?

I've read that a new cam is great. Not much talk about injectors w/o additonal fueling. Not much talk about injectors w/o additonal fueling.



I've considered getting injecors and a cam, but it's so much easier to run a box to yield similar hp gains.

So the basic idea would be to build a big cam 5. 9... ... sounds like a good idea.
