Changing 2500 spring pack

Anybody with this combo? What brand of hitch are you using and what type of 5er are you towing? Whats the 5er weight and pin weight? Have a mega-cab on order and trying to get any feedback or suggsetions on equipment and towing.

You can buy your fifth wheel w\ the extended hitch OR look in Trailer Life ,there is a company in there that has a hitch extender. You can look up member Eric Buckel. He has one on his unit. Good Luck
 
Keep in mind that an extended hitch will not prevent hitting the cab in a 90° jacknife. You need a sliding hitch to prevent that. Anytime the distance between the cab and the hitch is less than 1/2 the width of the trailer, the trailer WILL hit the cab in a 90° jacknife. It's very simple math. An extended pinbox will only allow a tighter turn before this happens.
