Mega Cab and 5th wheel hitches

I was just wondering what you guys are using for 5th wheel hitches for the Mega cabs. I have a 18k Signature Series hitch for my 03 QC. I was just about to buy an 06 Mega but thought I better check to make sure the hitch would work. Good thing I did because it won't. Apparently the exhaust is sticking about 1" higher than the frame rails. This won't allow the under bed rail bracket to fit between the bed and the frame. Draw-tite is working on a new bracket but it still isn't out. So what is everyone else using?

On my Megacab I use the pullrite super glide.

I also use the super slide. I have the 24K model and it is working great.

I use a reese slider. have had no problems with it at all with the mega cab or the QC that it was in before.
