Mega Cab Rear Headrest

Does anyone know how to remove the rear center headrest on a mega cab? I just got the truck tonight and it would be nice to remove the rear one if possible.



I adjusted the headrest up and down, but I did not want to force it.

Unless they changed them from 06, there should be a little button to push in to adjust and if you just keep pulling up the whole thing slides right out!!

Thanks I'll try that again, it would slide up and down, but did not easily pop out so I did not want to force it.

There are 2 release buttons. The one for the left post is recessed and faces the right post. The right button is on the right side of the post and sticks out a little further, so it's more obvious.
