Ok, forget the actual purposes, politics, etc, of this megacab shortbed. But today I saw the best looking one so far. It was a bright red megacab, 4 inch lift, aftermarket wheels, huge stainless exhaust tip. I saw it riding by as I left work, at the dealer off of Havana. It looked great! If I only had $40,000.

Not a bad DownPayment on one. Heard today upstate there is one on the lot for $56,000 ... . Oh and with a V8 CumminGs diesel.

I don't know what the price was, I am sure $40,000 was a little low. I will have to stop by after they close one of these days and look at the true sticker price. I will take some pics if I remember.

You can get new Mega Cabs pretty cheap on Ebay. There are a bunch of Buy-It-Now prices for $38k. That's pretty cheap. I think they're mostly in Missouri. Check it out.

Yeah a mega cab with a fuel sucking HemI 4x2. + alot of Buy it now's have dropped because of other charges when the auction ends like dealer fees and such. It's actually less to go to the dealer and haggle.

I drove a mega cab last week and yeah pretty sweet. Smooth ride, quiet engine, nice interior, but the price tag has me running back to my rough riding, noisey, plain interior, three years left to pay for '02.
