Well here it is. Just in case the pic is not clear enough, I will point out the separate items. One head stud, one helicoil and one tap = a PITA. #@$%!
It seems as though a shop that had previously worked on this guys truck had taken the time to botch a stud install severely. Half the holes in the deck of this guys motor ended up with two helicoils per hole after the help botched up the bottom tapping process by using the incorrect tap.

I am not going to mention the name of the shop, cause this is not meant for bashing. This is totally meant to inform people that may wonder if this is an OK fix and to let the shop see the results of what kind of nightmare they have created. They know who they are and visit the boards frequently and I am sure with the description of the motor there can't be a lot of companies out there that would have done this.
I can only hope they have the decency to make it right with the owner. This turned into a big PITA when the studs did not even want to come out of the block cause the helicoils were shifting inside the holes.
