Meridian Motorsports - new owner

I was over at Meridian a few weeks ago dynoing and Don told me he sold his shop to another guy that's really into Fast and Furious type cars. Could this spell the end of the dyno days there?



Don has another business in the same complex and will try to convey to the new owner the popularity of these events or maybe even offer to run the events himself. We shall see!

yep, don sold to tim. the idaho bombers dyno days will continue. tim is receptive to them and also don still will have his hand in mms for a couple years.



btw, the next dyno day is dec 9th. i will start a new thread on the event tonight or tommorrow

I was just over there yesterday for some dyno work relating to the next issue (68). It's Glenn Lappin and Luke Neiwert. good, talented guys

the guy who was to buy mms in 06 [tim] when this thread was started didnt work out too well in running the shop. fortuneatlely don was able to take it back over and build the bussiness back up. glenn and luke recently bought the bussiness and are proving to be good guys and are good diesel mechanics and work on diesel pickups in their shop.



the IDAHO TURBO DIESELS TDR chapter have a good relationship with the new owners and have an exclusive agreement to have 'motor mayhem' [formerly mms] continue to be the dyno shop for the ITD organization just as it has the last 8 years.
