Merry Christmas fellow 6. 7 drivers. Nothing to report from SC. Truck runs great, no problems. Fingers crossed, hope I don't jinx my freight train locomotive!

Same here, Ken. I just keep hooking it up to the 5th wheel and going. No problems to date (took delivery on 9/11/10) - just routine service. I'm getting around 10. 5 mpg towing our 16K 5th wheel which is about what I was getting with my 2002, so I'm not even going to complain about fuel mileage.

Classic Self jinx.....

I cheered too soon and jinxed myself... ... Christmas lights on the dash and that alternator output needle took a hard left turn. 318 bucks for a new Bosch alternator at Advanced Auto! But wait... its working again?... . all I did was disconnect each battery to have it tested (they both were fine). So maybe I just get the reman alternator at Auto Zone for 179??



The saga will continue.....
