Well I just fell off of the stockers bandwagon...



Just Placed order for the following:



AFE Stage 2 + Prefilter

Smarty '06 CR

MBRP 4" Replacment Muffler

TST Turbo Monitor

Isspro Dashtop 3 Gauge Rig



Still Need a Leveling Kit... . Any sugestions? I know everyone seems to love the Kore, but what are the other options?

i run the skyjacker leveling kit and love it. kore also makes a pretty good one.

too spendy for me though

Don't ya just love Christmas. I couldn't wait and got my Smarty a couple of weeks ago. For Christmas, I'll lay down some black smoke on my street to celebrate early Christmas morning.



Nice list of mods you have on the way. As far as a leveling kit, you will get several opinions... ... ... ... and if the guys really get into the spirit, eventually someone will call someone else stupid and your thread will spin off into something you would expect to see on the Ford site.



As you can see by my signature, I just went with leveling spacers. That was 3 yrs. ago and all is still well with the front end. Enjoy the mods. It's gonna be a fun Christimas in your garage!

Well at this point everything is installed on the truck except for the Smarty, which should be arriving this week (RIGHT BOB?). . I am really enjoying the Gauge Set. . I ran into a small connection issue during the install that took me a day of thought to trace out, but in the end I think the gauges are probably my favorite mod thus far. . The MBRP adds a nice note to the exhaust during acceleration, but I don't notice much difference in sound under normal driving conditions so I think my kitty may take a walk next week. . The AFE intake make a NOTICEABLE difference in the turbo whine. . I LOVE to hear the turbo and the AFE / Progaurd Rig lets it out. . I cant wait to get the smarty in so I can actually go somewhere when I depress the go pedal instead of just making a hell of alot of noise. .

MERRY CHRISTMAS !!!!! Nice group of mod choices. I love my Isspro gauges too. I have done the leveling, really makes the truck look good. Since the stock exhaust flows pretty good for quite a while with mods, I decided to leave mine alone. You are going to be running one of those 'LOST KITTY' ads, eh? I am considering that too. We do not have emissions testing here in NM so anything goes pretty much.



I got an early Christmas presant from my kids via UPS the ther day - Quad Zillariader STD. They went ahead and sent it early because I had been talking about getting one and they wanted to get it for me. I promised them I would wait to put it on, that is becoming pretty hard to do, it and I will be hitting the garage first thing Xmas Day. My truck got an early Xmas presant from me, I got a set of Fast Coolers for the 56.



I bet a lot of garages will be lit with goodies this Christmas.

:{ ... Smarty didnt show up today... But I am convinced that my particular branch of the Post Office is a disciplinary destination for incompitent postal workers... How many times did I look out the window today for the little white truck... ? Dunno but the wife thinks I have a disorder. .

In my disolute grief that me smarty did not arrive I was forced to order a leveling kit (billet spacers) and bilstien shocks all around... If the US mail would have done their job I would have been spared this economic burden... Alas. . one excuse is as good as another. .

If you can live with 33's then just pull the spacers from the back, on road performance is maintained, just don't look as cool.

If interested there are a few guys on here that go to the strip every now and then, myself, JVolpe, WUnderwood, Curtis Harris, MDW and a few others were at hrp last night running against the fart can hondas. Yep, we were there, Will, John and curtis ran their trucks and MDW (hotroddiesels.com) had a booth set up, i think next weekend is the last of the season for hrp but i'm sure there will be some excuse for getting together during the off season. I just got myself an afe II and stainless exhaust plus smarty so i'm also in the xmas sprirt. Have a holly jolly xmas.
