Metal piston cooling nozzles

Does the 2004 305/555 have the metal cooling nozzles??

They have cooling nozzles. I presume they are metal. I don't see plastic standing up for long in that environment.

The piston cooling/lubricating J-jets can bea combination of plastic and metal or completely metal.

Traditional piston saddle jets (piston coolling nozzles) are plastic and are still used in some industrial applications.

I believe that all HO's starting in 2001 and up have had the cooling nozzles. somebody correct me if I'm wrong.

all have had cooling jets. the older ones had saddle type jets, the newer ones have "j" shaped jets that point the oil directly up inside the pistons

Hey that's great... I was unaware that my 2001 HO had piston cooling nozzles etc.

04. 5 have plastic jet with banjo bolt, prior models have metal jet with fluted bolt and are not interchangable.
