I am looking at purchasing a set of Michelin 265/75R/16's for summer tires. I will be putting these on 8 inch wheels and was wondering which tire to get. Most of my miles are empty highway miles, but I still want good traction for the fields.

For the guys who have ran both, which would be my best bet? What is the difference between mileage and traction?

Thanks, Dan

RW, having run both tires I really like the AT's. Good looking tread and they seem to hold up good. I might go back to them on my new truck in a couple of months... ... Pete

I like my as from Michelin. They ain't no good in slick grass or mud. Thinking about getting a locker for the rear, sitting there spinning on wet grass I can't handle it.
