Michigan (kalamazoo) Exhaust shops?

Anyone on here from around the area that knows where I can get a straight pipe put on in place of muffler on a 2005 ctd. Or anyone who will put in a kitty test pipe etc.

I don't live in MI anymore, so I can't give you a shop to go to (but there is one up in Grand Rapids - he is a member here, but his handle escapes me right now).



But if you are little bit mechanically inclined, MRBP makes a kat delete pipe and a really nice straight thru muffler, they call it a "Spiral Flow" #ad
(might as well be a straight pipe). I was able to install both the kat delete pipe and the muffler on two trucks in just under two hours (less than 1 hour per truck), using stainless steel band clamps in stead of the stock u-bolt clamps.



Get ahold of Mark Craig (that is his TDR handle too) he owns http://www.dieselperformanceparts.com/ and is a GREAT guy to deal with. I think I spent about $250 per truck for the parts.



P. S. any muffler shop could complete the install for you - but might not want to do the Kat delete pipe for legal reasons.
