Just got off a call with the screenprinter.



The logo would lose the asphalt texture, and the drop shadow on the name (for stickers we could keep that)...



Logo will be printed big on the back, and small on front left chest.



For Gildan Ultra Cotten Heavyweight 6. 1oz shirts (black or Navy)



30 Shirts (up to 5 XXL or bigger) $12 ea.

50 Shirts (Up to 10 XXL or bigger) $10. 33 ea.



No setup charges for the artwork, and no shipping fees. Those are the out the door prices.



Thoughts? Ideas, etc?

Yeah, I've been planning on whipping one up. I just haven't gotten around to it yet. Basically instead of asphalt, it would be black (on a black shirt) or blue (on a blue shirt). I was trying to keep the price down. We could do two colors... . for example on a white shirt, we would only have blue and orange. The printed white would just be empty with a blue outline. . does that make sense?



Since 2XL's cost more, I just asked them to figure a certain number of them so we would have an idea of a "per shirt" price with SOME extra cost ones in there. Of course the 2XL's will be more expensive for those that ordered them (about $1 to 2 each), and the std sizes would be cheaper. The price I was quoted was basically std shirts averaged with 5 or 10 2XL shirts (5 or 10 based on the wether we order 30 or 50). We can get any quantity and size we want, those were just example numbers that I asked for quotes on.



Gap, we can get pretty much any color shirt we want. I "personally" like darker colors like Navy Blue (to hide stains and what not). But if the majority want white, then that's what we'll get.

DOH!!! I didn't even think about the color of the shirt as a filler.

Good question dude. . Sadly, answer unknown... I will add that to my list of questions when I call tomorrow. The MAIN question is going to be how many different color shirts can I get. I know that part is not a problem, but it may add to the cost of the shirts since we will need additional colors to fill the voids (if that makes sense). I will have some answers tomorrow.



Oh, and any "yankee" that wants a shirt will PROUDLY be sold one We thank you guys for supporting us country boys!

Hey if it's going to start costing more and is going to be more of a hassle for you, why don't we just all compromise on one or two colors for shirts? I know I've seen 3 or 4 different colors that people are wanting on here and it may be more trouble than it's worth.
