Mid-Tenn TDR - Annual Meeting at Underwood Tire - January 28th

Official information thread for the January Meeting. For better or worse, it has been scheduled for January 28th in Dickson Tennessee at Joe Underwoods shop: Underwood Tire. Address, Directions, and activities are listed in the flyer you can download below.



This year will be a little bit different, as we will have give-a-ways, product "try-outs", "show-specials" on gear and tires, etc.



There will be at least one vendor on site as well. More information as it is available.

Oh Dear Lord... Don't make me want to go again and drive thru an ice storm to get there. Never did get my spark plugs or t-shirt. At least this year I'd have better tires and mileage then my first visit. And I have added a few more toys ... Honey???? Can I go to Tenn. again? :-{}

Now if I can figure out exactly where Dickson is. Relatives have been in the area forever, but I just moved here recently. I do know the way to DPP but not Dickson!!

Download the flyer at the top of the page. It's got the address and a small map. Basically, hit I-40 West, and head toward Memphis. There's a big Dickson exit. From there, you can hook up with someone/group to head that way. I will likely set up shop right off the interstate and gather a group, then head that way. Makes it easy for everyone.



What part of Nashville are you coming from? If I remember correctly, you used to split time between here and Vegas?

Why don't a bunch of us that are near the Nashville area meet up somewhere and convoy out to Dickson? I have already mentioned that to GotSmoke? and he was up for it, LandScraper is in Hendersonville and maybe he would be up to it, that way we all get out there in "style"!!! Yep, I just finished 4 round trips pulling the 34' gooseneck getting everything moved from Las Vegas to just south of Nashville. I'm off 96 east of Franklin.



Count me in on a convoy to Dickson. Just let me know where to meet up or I'll sit on the on-ramp and look for the CTDs flying by. I'll have the CB on and usually get called by HobbyHauler.



I'll check out the map and see if it is best to go I-65 to I-440 to I-40 or 96W to I-40.



I'm looking forward to the event and hope there are not any vendors present, else I'll be buying stuff I can't live without. My VISA card will be standing by! :-laf

From the boro,I'll probably take 96 past Franklin to hwy 100, hang a left and get back on old 96 in Fairview all the way into Dickson.

I'm in too. We could probably head over and catch the Lebanon Gang, or catch them on the way down. That'd be a REAL convoy!
