NC Where are you?

Yup coming down Friday and bringing a small surprise with me for some lucky TDR member! I figured I'd plan a little better then I did last year, and avoid the trip thru WVA getting down there. I wonder... . How late do the detailing companys stay open? I'd hate to show up with as filty a truck as last year :D

Will have the CB on 19 so if you see me, give a shout! I'm even willing to pull off and meet anyone before Saturday. It won't have the X-mas lights on it :-laf

Bellevue Meeting

I'll be at the Bellevue meeting spot between 9:00 - 9:15 if no traffic or construction problems. What side of the interstate are we meeting on?

I'm in the running for "most excited to be there" award too! I holla!!!!

I know you's excited too. You was all giddy in my office the other day trying to put me in a good mood, but I tell you what. I've never seen anybody as excited about anything as Roy is about this meeting. I thought for a minute that we were teammates and had just won the superbowl. He got me all fired up. I need to turn him loose on Joe.

I've been in a good mood ever since. I just hope his head doesn't explode before the meeting. :D

Andy,

Are you going to the meeting place at Bellevue or going the back way?

Scott

I'll prolly hit river road and then petway. Take it into white bluff and onto dickson. I can be persuaded otherwise though. If you wanna meet up with me at the Mapco, we could roll to Bellview and meet the THUNDERING HEARD. :) Fast smokey trucks are fun in a convoy.

Hey Tom. Dirty or not, that truck gets better looking all the time.

Tom what's your CB handle and what time do you think you'll be in the Dickson area? My radio with a "lil fire in the wire" :-laf can reach good distance's... . I may try and holler you when we get close. We should be rolling in around 9AM.

I want to say it was 7 or 8 PM before we left last year. Seems like I remember calling Terry @ 8 something while getting fuel.

Just a heads up guys I have a possible new member coming Saturday with a full set of Isspro gauges to install. Truck is a '01 6spd 2500 and he's installing EGT, Boost, & Fuel Press. Pretty sure he's got everything to install except for whatever fitting is needed to adapt to the port above the fuel filter housing. Dumb me forgot to get him to order a boost bolt while I was at it.

Anyways I talked to Hans today and he said he'd lend a hand I'm sure more than a few people will be willing too also. Just want to make sure he's taken care of. ;)

Got a little "fire' myself ;) "Tango 625" works as well as anything My old USAF Handle. I should be in the area this afternoon 91/27/06) and if I get my old backside out of bed early enought should be right near I-40 around 0845-0900.

Check out this T-shirt my powerstroke buddy gave me to wear at the TDR meet.

Mr. Funny guy! And if you can't see the Emblem on the T-Shirt on the pic it's: Square Tire Square Pants.

A knife to a gun fight...

Performance Clutch came in last pm with a big GN car hauler. They have a souped-up 'Stang in it. Neat car. But... I get the feeling they have brought a knife to a gun fight, so to speak. Bringing a Ford to a Cummins event? He did however bring it in on a 12 valve Cummins pushing 700+ horses. Ran 80 mph uphill, and 70 down.

Our Powerstroke Buddy says that is how it is supposed to be. All important celebrities and dignitaries have their own drivers.

Those poor confused, misled Blue Oval Boys...

"YOU HEARD IT HERE FIRST... REPORTING LIVE FROM UNDERWOOD TIRE... THE SITE OF THE FAMOUS PISTON SLAPPER SIGHTING, I'M THE POWERSTROKE BUDDY... TYPING WHILE JOE IS IN THE CAN. "

Don't tell him.
