Mid-Tenn TDR Shirts - We're gonna do another order!

Well, I've had enough requests for more shirts that I'm going to fire up another order. The coozies will also be included in this order. Coozies will be Dark Blue with a white C logo and the TDR Logo. Robin has requested that we only do the coozies for our group, no orders outside of the group (this is because we don't want to be seen as selling TDR merchandise for profit. )

First order of business. I'm going to do three DIFFERENT colors this time. Maybe some pink ones for y'alls girls. SO, check out the available colors at this link and gimmie some votes. We'll probably pick three again for simplicity.

Start putting in orders for how many you want and what size. I want a ballpark figure so that I can get pricing from them. Just like last time, I'll take money up front so I don't have to foot the bill.

I am leaning towards the Sport Grey, Charcoal, or the Navy. I belive that the ones you have out now are Navy aren't they Andy? Those are my votes for colors though. Are we gonna put our orders on here or pom them to you or what? Thanks for taking your time out to get this together Andy!!! You're the BOMB!!! Oo.

Our first batch's were Navy, White, and Heather Grey. Yeah, I wass kinda thinking a dark grey one would make it in this time. Maybe some green color or a red of some sort too. I 'm just trying to get a bunch of colors so we don't all look like employees or something.

Just go ahead and post what sizes and what quantity you are going to want. That way in a few weeks, after everyone has had time to put up what they want, I can get a quote. The more we order, the cheaper each shirt is. I don't make a dime on this, I'm just doing it cause I love the group, and I was elected to take care of stuff like this. Whatever they charge me is what I charge you.

Once we determine what everyone wants, and get an idea of how many shirts, sizes, etc I can get ballpark pricing. Then You will let me know EXACTLY what you want, and send me a check, M. O. , cash, etc. Last time a bunch of us met for lunch and I collected orders.

I'll keep it all in a spreadsheet, and will keep a post updated with who ordered what. Just to make sure we're on the same page.

Last time, I only had one mix up. I got it squared away, and all in all the last order was VERY successful. We even had some members from up north, out west, east and south of us that ordered our shirts. That was pretty cool.

Y'all please don't PM me or e-mail me with orders just yet. It's a LOT easier to take care of in one long thread like this.

Maybe a child small in pink - would look good on my little girl, although she needs no help, already a cutey... .

Well, I never have been much on using coozies, but if there is a minimum to order and we need to meet it, I will take one for the team and order some as well.



I"ll take some of those spiffy shirts though. I voted on my colors earlier. So I guess that I will be getting one in each of the 3 colors we choose, size XL.



If you need any help with any of this stuff Andy, I work in Nashville, down by 100 Oaks Mall, I can run around for you if you get to covered up.

I would like one to be a darker red, and it looks like the Cedar might be a good choice.



Orange sounds cool - are we going with regular Orange or Texas Orange? The Texas Orange might not look so deer-hunting-ish. But I'm up for either.



And then I'm torn on a 3rd color. I think Sand would look nice. If we have to get a green, I guess Leaf would be pretty good. What about Charcoal?

Hats are OUT Steve. I checked on prices... . Like $30 EACH!!! 25 hat minimum. I'd like to have them, but at that price, it's a little prohibitive.

Colors? Cheryl says no to pink. She also doesn't like the Navy we did before--something about fuzz and hairs. Yeah, whut? So she was wanting a White, but anything light will do.



So I say we pick a dark/medium/light. I'm in for Red or Orange, but am afraid that our orange logo won't look good on a real Traffic Cone (Gap) Orange. Or can we slap another color in the logo?



Dozen on the coozies. Hey, do they make those for 16 or 24 oz cans?

I like the white ones, but that is traditional ol Gap. I was hoping that had a Chartruese! We'd look like Construction Beaners!



Whatever ya'll pick, I'll take a few... sure Red, Jabbo and such will want some too. What does it matter if they all look the same. Be cool, I think if we are at an event. Recognition! Need to check on getting some printed for stickers. Want to get one for the back glass. I've been meaning to check with the boys across the street (sign shop).

Andy - I was also wondering about the colors for the logo. Would having an orange shirt throw things off?



And for the ladies, is a pink shirt going to look ok with the white/blue/orange logo?

I agree, think white needs to be one of the colors, or at least, colors that complete our logo... my last two cents of fashion advice. Like I tell my wife. I refuse to have an opinion about curtains. IT just ain't in me.

If we were to use orange as a shirt color, for example, I imagine they'd leave orange out of the inking process, and then outline what WAS orange with another color just to highlight and make the shirt look right. The screenprinter would take care of all that. Like last time, they decided that a white Cummins logo would look better than the blue on the blue shirt. So we had blue logos on white and grey shirts, and white logos on the blue shirts. They (the screenprinter) WILL tell me if somethings gonna look crappy. Trust me, I spent a ton of time with them last time around to make sure everything was gonna turn out okay.

If y'all wanna keep the same colors, fine by me. I just thought I'd mix it up a little.

Y'all all seen my truck... you know if I'm gonna do it, I'm gonna do it right.

I'm for mixing it up too. I probably wouldn't order any more if they are going to be the same colors. Mine still look pretty good.



Andy, would it be a problem to get a few white ones made to keep everyone happy or do we really need to stick with 3?
