Guys, appreciate the help on getting the gauges installed. Gap and the missus, appreciate your hospitality. My next project is a lift pump replacement. Fuel pressure gauge is reading 7-8 psi at idle and drops to 5 psi WOT.

I definitely recommend Cumberland Cummins for getting parts for our engine. Dropped by there yesterday to get the fuel pump. Guy behind the counter said “Man that pump is expensive, $157. 00. ” I asked if that was his best price and he said that I could have it at wholesale of $124. 00. The ole Dodge dealer would never do that. Heck, the DC dealer doesn’t even give me the right parts I need.

So, gotta finish up the gauge wiring and swap the lift pump this weekend. Getting a set of 285’s Bridgestone Revo tires on Friday. Wade, I will save the old ones for ya.

Later………Jay

Where/what kind of deal you getting on the Revo's? I want some in 265 for the red truck.

Where is Cumberland Cummins? I've been dealing with Mid-Tenn Ford.

And I remove the filter housing and go from the top on LP R&R. Book says pull starter and go from bottom--but that assumes a hoist.

Cummins Cumberland is on Spence Lane right off the interstate. Can't miss it.

Gap and I have spotted a new rig here at work. We were out there cheesin' (to steal a word from Gap) over it earlier. 2nd gen, QC, 24v, lifted, 35's (?), 4wd, long bed, huge weather guard box, green/silver. It was parked behind me this morning. I went out and mine looks like a little 16 year old girls car next to the towering thing.

We licked its badges, and left a TDR flyer with a special love note under the wiper arm. :D

I'll try and get a pic, she's a beauty.

Met a new CTD guy in Woodbury yesterday. He just got an 01. 5, HO, autometers, exhaust brake, 3. 54's, LSD, 4x4, silver, shortbed, quad--he's totally clueless.

But I've offered to help him out. :D

For the Revo's in 285 width, they are $663 out the door at Tire World in LaVergne. Talk to Cotton and tell him Chuck Dillon referred you down there. Chuck is our Maint. Manager (who is currently shopping for a Dodge CTD. ) Let me know if you guys see any 1998-2000 QC 4X4 for sale.

Cumberland Cummins is great to deal with. Their parts department is open from 7 a. m. to 12 a. m, Monday through Friday. All the parts that I have needed have been in stock and their prices are very good. Their website is:

My same feelings too except for the 12 Valve fuel pump filter screen kit. Went in there once with a part #... ... couldn't find it..... sent dad in there one day with part # as well as fuel filter # since he was in Nashville anyways... ...computer said they had "12" screen kits... ..... they tore the place apart according to my dad and they still couldn't find one.

Other than that no problems!:D
