Milam's Equipment in VA.

Hey Guy's
I'am looking at buying a track loader from Milam Equipment in VA. Has any body here dealt with them, and what was your experience? He told me over the phone that he buys alot of construction equipment over seas, and brings it back. Has any one ever seen one of these machines? This particular machine that I am interested in came from Japan. Will the gauges and instructions on machine be in foriegn writing? The machine is a CAT. and the price seems to be rite. Any input will be apprieciated as I am going to make a trip over there hopefully this week. Thankyou Shannon

Nope, never heard of 'em before. But if you were really concerned, it's only about 2 hours from me. I could cruise down and check it out. ... Oops. I almost forgot I've got a front wheel bearing on its way out. Maybe it'd hold up long enough.

I'm at the docks in Savannah during a lot of equipment offloads. A lot of Caterpillar equipment is manufactured overseas now in the far east. The instructions, labeling, etc is in the language of the importing country. It's like a Dodge built in Mexico. You wouldn't know it if you didn't look at the VIN.
