Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Mild timing advance

I know this question has been done to death, but most of the posts on timing I've found have been on how to do it, or setting the timing for really high power trucks. My mods are pretty mild, and I'm looking for timing advice geared more for economy and cold startablity (I'm going to be living in the Rockies west of Denver this winter). Also, I'd like to keep as much low end power as I can. Thanks

Go to 16* that will give you some more power, better economy and not have any side effects.
