mileage and service records

Question?, i purchased my 98 12volt dodgem in august of last year with supposedly 102,000 miles it. i was told originally from the purchase it was a canadian pickup and it was sold new up there(has the day time lights), and i ran a carfax and nothing came up because of the canadian origin. but when i received my title it read like 68,000 miles or something but i figured it to be the exact equivelent of miles to kilometers and since i paid what a 102,000 mile truck was worth i wasn't concerned. i have been nothing but happy with the pickup since but was wondering if anybody out there would happen to know of a way to track my truck's history? just to find what has been done or not done. sorry about the long post, thanks , jon

Try calling DaimlerChrysler Canada Customer Centre 1-800-465-2001 (English). I didn't include the French number

The 100000 plus kilometers would be correct at approximately 68000 miles. Going from kilometers per hour to miles per hour, 100 kph was real close to 65 mph (technically 62. 8, but who's counting).

I suspect you have a 12 valve ram. They are all 12 volt, give or take one or two depending on alternator output.

My truck is a canadian truck also, the dealer here ran a check for me and I could see that it was in the shop the day after it was bought for an electrical problem and then one other time but I forgot what for, it was no big deal. Also they hooked up to the ecm to verify mileage due to the fact the KPH gauge cluster was replaced with a MPH cluster. Mileage is stored in the ecm in both kilometers and miles
