miles running amsoil

I am planning a trip from Texas To Alaska and back i will be pulling

My 5er approx 9,000 miles +. Could I make it with out changing

oil if used amsoil 15-40 HD. ? would change filters half way into the

trip.

I would say yes!

With it being summer time, your going to be doing lots of continious driving your oil should be just fine for atleast 10K. Probably would not hurt to change filter (new quart of oil with filter) at 5 or 6K. I have ran the 15W40 under much worse conditions several times to 25K without a change and just stock filters changes every 6K.

10k miles with Amsoil should be fine even without a filter change, although it wont hurt. I am going till 10k now with Amsoil and a dual Bypass.
