Milestone License Plate Problem

I sent in my money and pictures for the milestone license plate about a month or more ago, and I have yet to receive it in the mail. I was wondering if something was wrong? Does anyone know who should I contact?

Wonder if Katrina had anything to do with it? Timing sounds about right.

She's leaving in the morning to celebrate her 25th anniversary and won't be back until monday so she may not get to it until then.
