That VIN belongs to a regular cab '90 D250 with a 318?? Sounds like the dash has been swapped.

The stacks are one thing, but put them together with the HUGE front bumper, and it is just tooooo much chrome for me.

That would suck. :{ Judging by the bid history it seems like he wanted it pretty bad. Fears about getting paid are one of the main things that makes me leary of putting mine on ebay.

Did you look at the front end pic? There is a tall stack of springs and the crossover steering is almost touching the springs on flat ground. Drive the drivers front wheel up on a curb and the steering would bind.
