Hey all you Twin City Members. I have to bring my truck into a dealer in the cites somewhere for some injector issues and want to know what your experiences have been with the twin city dealers. Who have you had luck with? Warrenty is not an issue, just want good service and no dinking around.

Jason

TIA

For dealers I have tried Dodge of Blaine,Rosedale Dodge,Elk River Ford-Dodge-Jeep; and they were so bad on repairs. I will never go to them again for repairs. Although I will buy from Dodge of Blaine again. Anyways I would Go to Brookdale Dodge (763/560/8000) if it were for warranty. If not I would call Triple D Performance (612/597/4296).

On sec. thought I'd just take it to Triple D

I use Bloomington Dodge - they have a diesel wrench that is first rate, Gonzo.

The service writer has never tried to upsell me, and all my warranty claims went with zero hitches. 952-888-8891.

Good luck

I use Forest Lake they are pretty good Rosedale is horrible stay away from them.

I go to Albany Chrysler. They seem to know their stuff. Kinda far out for you guys in the cities though. I don't know if any dealer are too good with injector issues unless it's throwing a code.

MN, western WI

I see by your location you are in both MN and WI. If it is not to far out of your way I would have no problem recommending Bernards in New Richmond. I have purchased several trucks from them and have had good service on both warrenty and non warrenty work. If it doesnt need to be done at a dealer, call the guys at Triple D, all are very nice and helpful. Just ones guys opinion. Good luck.

Matt

Thanks Guys

Thanks guys for your responses. As far as your recommendations, they are right along the lines I was thinking. I have had a bad time with Rosedale on my last truck. Bloomington is right down the road from me, and that might be where I will take it. I use to live in New Richmond and cant say enough about Bernards. The sales staff is exceptional, but the service staff has steered me wrong a few times. All and all, they have been good. I would love to take it too those guys at TD, but this is a warrenty issue and I aint paying for it. They will get my business soon enough.

Just found out they are gonna close bloomington dodge, so go soon.

Walser is consolidating, some new bs from chrysler about having to carry all 3 brands under 1 roof. . I will find out where Gonzo lands, and let you know, the rumor now is Hopkins is where the whole thing is moving to. .

Hate to say it, but that's not new BS at all. The shop down in the Chicago area where I'd been buying all my Jeep parts started selling Jeeps in the late 40's or early 50's. Several years ago, D/C said sell full line. They said "we sell Jeeps. Just Jeeps. " D/C pulled their new vehicle franchise.

Now, they sell used vehicles and a ton of parts. Best stocked parts department in at least 6 counties.
